Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, providing wait times.
• Verify demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles and copays.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and prosthetic care-related visits.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
