Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems and web-based applications; proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Answers, screens and processes a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Verifies and updates patient demographics; obtains referrals for scheduled visits.
• Schedules appointments using centralized system; coordinates tests and procedures.
