Qualifications

• Communicate financial obligations and collect fees at service time.
• Handle regulatory forms and scheduling follow-ups.
• Process multi-channel messages about appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints.
• Post cash and manage accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain productivity and quality expectations.
• Perform medical record maintenance and releases.
• Assist with referrals and pre-certifications during encounters.
• Use recall and reschedule lists effectively.
