Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Patient Access professional to schedule diagnostic, surgical and therapy appointments and to register patients with verified demographics and insurance information. The role operates in a call-center–type environment and targets quality metrics.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Patient Access experience, can meet productivity standards, and is capable in a high-volume setting. Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole is preferred.

Formación

• 1 year Patient Access experience or related scheduling/registration experience.
• Meets/exceeds accuracy and productivity standards.
• Works effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient appointments (diagnostic, surgical, therapy, physician office visits).
• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information; enter data into scheduling system.
• Support go-lives and departmental initiatives; participate in committees.
