Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is hiring for a Patient Access role focused on scheduling patient appointments across diagnostic, surgical, therapy, and physician visits. You will verify demographics and insurance data, register patients, and enter information into the scheduling system in a fast-paced call-center environment.

Internal staff experience preferred; external candidates with related healthcare access experience are welcome.

Formación

• 1 year patient access experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, Medicare) preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred (English, Spanish/Creole).

Responsabilidades

• Schedule diagnostic, surgical, therapy and physician visits.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients and enter data into scheduling system.
• Work in a call center environment and meet quality metrics.
• Assist with go lives, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Participate in departmental committees and champion opportunities.
