Job summary

Candidates should complete the Patient Access training and demonstrate basic computer and typing skills. Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred; HIPAA/AHCA/EMTALA/Medicare knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in a call center type environment and meet individual quality metrics.
