Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Patient Access professional to schedule patient appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and register patients in a fast-paced call-center environment. You will support go-live initiatives and onboarding while upholding service excellence for patients and families.

Minimum one year of patient access experience and strong customer service skills are required; bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Patient Access experience preferred.
• Meets/Exceeds accuracy and productivity standards for at least 6 months.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments (diagnostic, surgical, therapy, physician visits).
• Verify demographic and insurance information; register patients and input data into scheduling system.
• Work in a call center type environment and meet quality metrics.
• Assist in go-lives, onboarding and training of team members; participate in departmental initiatives.
