Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments (diagnostic, surgical, therapy, physician office visits, and other procedures/treatments).
• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information; register patients and enter data into scheduling system.
• Work in a call center type environment and meet individual quality metrics.
• Serve as a Patient Access resource and take on leadership role in the absence of a Manager/Supervisor.
• Support go-lives and department initiatives; participate in committees/champions.
