Grace Health is seeking a Support Center Specialist/Scheduler to manage patient access and scheduling in our Kentucky clinic. You will handle high volumes of calls, update demographics in NextGen, and coordinate with care teams to ensure efficient patient flow and timely appointments.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on patient-centered service and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum HS diploma required; strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling patient inquiries and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to update patient records accurately in the EHR and protect patient confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls within two rings and greet callers professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments with attention to the duration of procedures and exams.
• Screen and transfer calls as needed; place outbound follow-up calls when required.
• Assist with updating patient demographics in NextGen and collect payment information.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service quality.
