Grace Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative Scheduling Specialist to manage Twice Weekly Testing scheduling, maintain related documentation, and ensure timely rescheduling when needed. You will contact patients for schedule changes due to closures or emergencies and support a seamless patient flow.

The role requires solid front-desk and scheduling experience, proficiency with PM and EHR systems, and a patient-centered approach within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Two years medical office experience in a specialty clinic setting strongly preferred.
• Internal candidates strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open office daily and provide reception for patients.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain documentation for Twice Weekly Testing.
• Maintain provider schedules for accurate appointments.
• Make outbound calls to re-schedule appointments as needed.
• Update patient demographics in NextGen.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and peers.
