Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must type 45–50 wpm.
• Registration or Scheduling experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patients for diagnostic tests and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and faxes, coordinating with multiple departments.
• Inform patients and/or staff of proper prep instructions and identify required prereqs/authorizations.
