• Interacts with other departments to manage patient delays and schedule changes.
• Verifies patient eligibility and explains deposits per policy.
• Assists patients to nursing units and provides directions.
• Ensures compliance with order validation and privacy requirements.
• Performs training and serves as a resource to others.
