Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and appropriate payor/plan entries.
• Maximize cash collections and assist with patient transfers when needed.
• Scan and maintain medical records and respond to requests with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with healthcare staff.
