Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field OR 5+ years of progressive experience in patient access/revenue cycle management.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) designation is highly preferred.
• Leadership with healthcare management experience and professional demeanour.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish measurable productivity metrics for registration and financial clearance sub-functions.
• Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing revenue cycle team.
• Lead continuous optimization initiatives with strong internal controls and technology.
• Support financial viability by driving patient financial engagement and clean front-end data.
• Cultivate collaboration with physicians, managers, and office personnel; educate on regulatory changes.

Education
