Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; analytical thinking; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification and hospital billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with reporting employees and provides training.
• Monitors productivity and reports department performance metrics.
• Assigns schedules and minimizes overtime while maximizing productivity.
• Oversees upfront collection process tracking, sets goals and coaches staff.
• On-call rotation includes days, nights and weekends as needed; may fill in for staff.
