You'll work Monday through Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, avoid weekends, and collaborate with patients, providers, and insurers to ensure financial readiness and a smooth pre-procedure process.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical insurance benefits or healthcare registration preferred.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently while managing a daily queue.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to scheduled procedures
• Review deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket responsibilities
• Provide patient cost estimates and discuss available payment options
• Identify potential coverage issues before services are performed
• Explain insurance benefits and network participation in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Work closely with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure a smooth experience
