Responsibilities

• Input patient demographics and insurance details into the EHR/EMR.
• Protect PHI; ensure secure data entry.
• Post medical billing charges promptly.
• Manage and organize medical charts and charge sheets.
• Assist in matching and reconciling rounding logs into the billing office.
• Pull documents across software platforms to support insurance claims processing.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA, ODH, BOP, and TJC.
