Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of job-related experience.
• Knowledge of health EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• HFMA CRCR within one year of role.
• Preferred 5–7 years customer service experience.
• Revenue Cycle leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination between physician offices, ancillary departments and patients during registration.
• Direct staff to ensure accurate physician orders, ABNs and MSP for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor departmental budget and generate statistical data.
• Lead a 24/7 operation with flexible, varied hours.
