Baptist Health System, Inc. in Saint Augustine is seeking a Part-Time Patient Access Representative II for the Freestanding ED, Saturdays and Sundays, 6:45am–7:15pm. This role registers patients, uses multiple systems, and upholds HIPAA and EMTALA requirements.

You will work with a team to ensure accurate intake, patient privacy, and compliant documentation, with 1–2 years of Customer Service or healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Customer Service experience required
• 1-2 years Healthcare experience preferred
• 1-2 years Insurance experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
