Job summary

Candidates should be capable of working in multiple patient access areas, providing excellent service to patients and visitors both face-to-face and by phone, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO.

• Maintains a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team members
• Able to articulate compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
