Responsibilities

• Cross-Trained in order to work in multiple patient access areas
• Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters
• Contributes to PAS Goals as defined annually (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.)
• Possesses a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO
• Maintains a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team members
• Articulates compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

This is a part-time opportunity Sunday - Tuesday 6:45am - 7:15pm.

Patient Access Representative II, Job Responsibilities
