Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking staff experienced in patient access to register patients and navigate clinical systems. You will support face-to-face and telephonic encounters while maintaining patient privacy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, multi-system usage, and cross-training across multiple access areas to ensure smooth patient flow within a Nassau-based facility.

• Ensures patient consent forms are completed correctly.
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
