Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in patient services or reimbursement roles.
• Experience supporting buy-and-bill, infused therapies, or rare diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers in navigating insurance, prior authorization, and reimbursement.
• Educate on coverage, billing, and financial assistance.
