Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource on patient access and reimbursement for infused therapies.
• Assist patients and providers with insurance benefits, prior authorization, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate providers on therapy coverage pathways and billing practices.
• Support access issues from authorization through post-infusion.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Case Management, and Sites of Care.
