Zusammenfassung

Amgen seeks a Patient Access Liaison to support patients, caregivers, and providers in navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement for Amgen therapies. This field-based role partners with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Case Management to minimize barriers to access.

The PAL will educate on coding, billing, and patient financial assistance while managing cases with independence in assigned geography.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree required or Master’s with 2 years of patient services/access and/or reimbursement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of patient services/access and/or reimbursement experience.
• Associate degree with 8 years of patient services/access and/or reimbursement experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient access and reimbursement support for infused and specialty therapies.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers with insurance benefits, prior authorization, and billing processes.
• Educate on coverage considerations and available financial assistance programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to navigate payer policies and ensure timely access to therapy.
