• Experience in field-based patient access and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage, prior authorization processes, and reimbursement programs.
• Familiarity with coding and billing considerations related to therapy access.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a resource on patient access and reimbursement for infused and specialty therapies.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in navigating insurance benefits and prior authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on coverage considerations and access to financial assistance programs.
• Educate physician offices and sites of care on therapy coverage pathways and billing practices.
• Investigate access challenges and assist with denied claims or next steps.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Case Management, and Site of Care teams to support patient access.
