Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent professional experience in patient access/reimbursement.
• Experience in infusion/pharma access and reimbursement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient access and reimbursement resource for infusion therapies.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and providers on coverage and authorization steps.
• Educate physician offices and sites of care on coverage pathways and coding/billing.
• Investigate and resolve access barriers and denied claims.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Site of Care teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
