Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) in the Great Plains region to engage patients and care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement. The PAL will educate on access processes, raise awareness of patient support programs, and coordinate with internal teams to align on patient services goals and brand strategies.

The role requires collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Analytics, IT, Training, Pharmacovigilance, and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharma patient services or market access is preferred.
• Cardiology or Rare Disease experience are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with patient support programs including copay and hub models.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and affordability support for Attruby.
• Ensure a positive patient journey through collaboration with BridgeBio stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of patient access opportunities in a geographic area.
• Provide face-to-face or phone-based issue resolution with patients/care partners.
• Coordinate with hub partners on missing information and follow-ups.
• Own the ForgingBridges program relationship and onboarding of patients.
• Manage patient status changes and follow-ups with prescribers and pharmacies.
