Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) for the Rockies region to educate patients and care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement across BridgeBio's portfolio. You will collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing to drive patient support programs and successful product launches.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in biotech/pharma, strong communication skills, and experience with patient support programs including copay and hub

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred and listed.
• 5–8 years biotech/pharma experience with patient services, market access, or hub exposure preferred.
• Cardiology or Rare Disease experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with patient support programs including copay, cost sharing, and hub models for medical/pharmacy benefit products.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and affordability support for Attruby in the Rockies region.
• Ensure a positive patient journey through collaboration with all BridgeBio stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of patient access opportunities in a geographic area.
• Provide face-to-face or phone-based issue resolution with patients/care partners.
• Coordinate with hub partners on missing information follow-ups and support program onboarding.
• Own the relationship with ForgingBridges and onboarding of new patients.
• Manage patient status changes and follow-up with prescribers and pharmacies.
• Ensure compliance with program rules and PHI handling policies.
• Collaborate with BridgeBio Patient Advocacy and attend regional/national advocacy events.
• Present education to patients/care partners when requested.
• Report insights to Brand Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Attend national sales meetings as needed and work on designated projects.
