Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC EMR and insurance verification tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify patient records to ensure accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and explain patient financial responsibilities.
• Answer calls, greet patients, and direct them as needed to support patient experience.
• Input data into electronic systems and manage patient queues.
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and patient outreach as required.
