• Perform clerical tasks: answering phones, messaging, chart processing, faxing, scanning.
• Collect upfront deposits or arrange payment plans.
• Screen patients for Medicaid/AC Act or financial programs and refer appropriately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and assist team members as needed.
