Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create initial electronic health record for new patients to support care teams.
Register patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays and balances.
Explain financial responsibilities and refer to Financial Advocates when needed.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
Assist with scheduling and patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
Provide clear directions and assist with transportation or interpreter needs when appropriate.
