Job summary

The role is PRN, part-time with 8–12 hour shifts and a rotating on-call schedule. Training across departments is provided, with emphasis on accurate data collection and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families during check-in across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly.
• Gather demographics, verify insurance details, collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely access to care.
