R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration in Navarre, FL for PRN, part-time shifts. The role is the first contact for patients, ensuring fast, compassionate access to care and accurate registration across multiple systems.

You will work across rotating on-call schedules, including holiday and weekend availability, and be cross-trained in multiple departments to support patient flow and revenue cycle goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with check-in across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answer questions clearly.
• Build trust with patients who may be ill or anxious.
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
