Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patient access or front desk is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families at check-in.
• Register patients across multiple computer systems quickly and accurately.
• Answer phones and collect demographics, insurance info, and co-pays.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
