Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients by phone and in person to collect demographic and insurance information.
• Engages patients throughout registration to ensure a welcoming experience and accurate scheduling.
• Ensures orders are complete and matches the appointment; obtains new orders if needed.
• Scans insurance cards, IDs, and regulatory forms; secures signatures for timely reimbursement.
• Determines patient financial liability and guides to financial resources as needed.
