Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and ensure proper scheduling and financial clearance.
• Scan and collect insurance cards, IDs and regulatory forms.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with referrals to resources as needed.
• Maintain accuracy of registration data and resolve scheduling conflicts with staff.
