Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year in customer service or healthcare setting.
• Ability to interact with a diverse patient base, including emergencies.
• Must pass required training within two attempts or less.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic, insurance, and other information.
• Engages patients to create a welcoming registration experience in person or by phone.
• Ensures referring providers' orders are complete and match the appointment scheduled.
