Job summary

You will work in a high-volume environment, utilize EPIC, insurance tools, and MS Office, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering friendly, accurate service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification and eligibility tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system and related billing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Creates and registers patients, verifies demographics and insurance information.
• Collects co-pays and explains financial responsibilities to patients.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and other regulations while handling sensitive data.
• Coordinates with physicians and staff to resolve insurance or billing issues.
• Uses EHR and billing tools to support accurate and timely payments.
