You will collect and enter demographic and financial data in the ADT system, verify benefits, and manage ABN generation and pre-certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred in healthcare or related business field.
• 1–3 years of job-related experience.
• Proficient in Windows-based computers, 25 wpm typing.
• Medical Terminology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and collect financial and demographic data.
• Verify insurance benefits and generate ABN.
• Obtain pre-certifications when applicable and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial counseling and assist with co-pays and deductibles.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and offices maintaining confidentiality.
