Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a patient registration professional to greet patients using AIDET and provide exceptional service at the front desk. The role handles full registration, demographics, insurance verification, and scheduling across the healthcare continuum, including patient outreach via MyChart and calls.

Requires standing/walking up to 2–8 hours per shift, with strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of registration or billing experience in a medical facility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests using AIDET, providing an individualized excellent patient service experience.
• Perform full registration, update demographics, verify insurance information, and obtain signatures.
• Make appointments and follow-ups across the healthcare continuum (physician visits, imaging, labs).
• Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Carry out non-clinical admin duties and maintain medical records and reports.
• Respect patient rights and adhere to regulatory standards and organizational mission.
