Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Minimum Work Experience: 2 years related experience (Required)
• Broad knowledge in administrative processes and customer service
• Microsoft Office experience preferred (Word & Excel)
• Ability to type minimum of 35 words per minute

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Assist with scheduling ancillary appointments as needed.
• Interact professionally with parents, patients, physicians and staff.
• Support billing, collection and documentation according to policy.
