Responsibilities

• Accurately enters demographic, insurance and related patient data into the registration system.
• Verifies insurance coverage and pre-authorization, per insurer guidelines.
• Schedules radiology, lab and basic ancillary service appointments.
• Collects patient liabilities and supports billing related tasks.
• Maintains accurate records and completes required documentation.
• Supports Lean and quality-improvement initiatives.
