Advocate Health is seeking an engaged Patient Access/Registration professional for its Pulmonary Medicine teams in Rome, GA. The role focuses on greeting patients, verifying demographics and insurance, and guiding walk-in patients through registration and financial clearance processes.

The candidate must handle sensitive information with discretion and work well under pressure. Hours are full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential cross‑training to the Cartersville Pulmonary

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; patient access/registration experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification, billing, or financial clearance is a plus.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and third‑party payer requirements is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and manage arrival flow for efficiency and courtesy.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Complete walk-in registrations and coordinate financial clearance per policy.
