Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third‑party payer requirements and policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage arrival flow for efficient, courteous service.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Complete registration for walk-in patients and collect balances as needed.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with financial clearance when required.
• Refer patients to Financial Counselor for assistance when appropriate.
• Close visits by scheduling follow-ups and providing documents.
