Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients in person or by phone.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; update records in EMR.
• Obtain insurance cards, IDs, signatures, and necessary forms.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals/tests.
• Educate patients on financial assistance and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls and interactions in EMR.
