Responsibilities

• Register patients by updating demographic data in registration system.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and IDs; verify insurance details as needed.
• Assist patients with forms for regulatory and billing needs; educate on financial assistance; process payments.
• Stay current on responsibilities by reviewing communications and dashboards to achieve high performance.
