Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and maintains compliance with HIPAA and department guidelines.
• Reviews insurance eligibility and updates patient records with health-plan data.
• Collects co-pays/deductibles and provides receipts to patients.
• Answers calls, routes faxes, and assists with patient scheduling.
• Ensures accurate data entry and maintains high registration accuracy.
