• Register new and existing patients accurately and efficiently.
• Check patients in upon arrival for scheduled appointments.
• Manage cash drawer and collect co-pays.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Provide patient advocacy and adhere to Carle policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and participate in process improvement.
• Support departmental operations as needed.
