• Provides daily supervision of Richland Patient Access staff and resolves issues.
• Handles hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
• Maintains staff schedules and ensures coverage per department standards.
• Reviews schedules two weeks in advance and fills open shifts.
• Keeps within budget parameters and communicates needs to management.
• Resolves patient concerns and coordinates corrective action.
